So you have allergies, but what can you do to help eliminate them? Here are a few of my suggestions:

  • Keep your rooms free from dust.
  • Use hypo-allergenic air filters on your furnace or a/c unit.
  • Use hypo-allergenic covers on your bed pillows and mattresses.
  • Avoid exercising outside during high pollen count months during the spring and fall.
  • Don’t smoke and avoid second-hand smoke.

By using these helpful hints in your everyday life you can learn to avoid the allergy attacks that leave us with a stuffy or dripping nose and itchy, watery eyes!
