Five Helpful Tips to Avoid Allergy Attacks

- Keep your rooms free from dust.
- Use hypo-allergenic air filters on your furnace or a/c unit.
- Use hypo-allergenic covers on your bed pillows and mattresses.
- Avoid exercising outside during high pollen count months during the spring and fall.
- Don’t smoke and avoid second-hand smoke.
By using these helpful hints in your everyday life you can learn to avoid the allergy attacks that leave us with a stuffy or dripping nose and itchy, watery eyes!
