After a crazy night at the bar, a person’s best friend may be a couple of vitamins before bed, especially since whole food nutrition is not always an option on a late Saturday night.
"I’m not going to lie, I like to go out and party with my friends. The morning after – man, I wish I could pop a pill and make it all go away," said UNLV senior James McDonnel student newspaper the Rebel Yell reports.
Unfortunately, such a pill doesn’t exist, but there are some pills that may ease the symptoms of a hangover, at least enough to get one through the next day.
Taking vitamin C, as well as vitamins B6 and B12, may assist in the lessening affects of a hangover when coupled with a decent amount of sleep, according to the article. Since most bars or clubs are not equipped with fruit, taking vitamin C can help replenish the body.
Vitamins B6 and B12 may help clear up a fuzzy mind, however people should be mindful of the proper amount to take to avoid toxicity, states Rebel Yell.
For the next morning, the newspaper suggests eating toast to help digestive problems.
