Are you a member of the “chronic pain club” that is alive and dealing its own hellish misery in America? You might not realize that your group makes up 33 percent of the American population! But the fact is that most of us have experienced some form of chronic pain in our lifetime, and joint pain is one of the leading causes of this type of pain.

Chronic joint pain is an outward sign that your immune system is attacking your joints to protect you. This causes inflammation and eventually the destruction of your tissues. And it all starts at the cellular level with a foreign molecule known as an antigen.

This molecule could stem from pollen, food preservatives or even hazardous environmental chemicals. Once it enters your body, the foreign molecule causes your immune system to go on alert. When the immune system is triggered, it begins the process of making antibodies over the next few days and weeks that can bind to that particular antigen when they meet again.

On their second encounter with the antigen, the antibodies not only bind to the invading substance, but they also signal other immune cells to come join in the attack on the foreign invader. During this battle, surrounding tissue can be injured.

But all of this is normal as long as the battle stops and the invader is removed from your body. However, there are times when cellular damage or the wastes of war are not cleared from your joints and muscles. This can trigger the immune system to unleash a relentless attack on this war zone. Now your body is basically fighting itself… often resulting in chronic joint pain.

And a leading cause of this joint pain is arthritis. Over time, this painful condition can cause difficulty sleeping… concentration problems… and even anxiety and depression. It also comes packaged in many forms and degrees of severity including…

  • Fibromyalgia
  • Gout
  • Tendonitis
  • Lupus arthritis
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Rheumatoid arthritis

However, all of these forms of chronic joint pain have something in common—they inflict misery and suffering and have a negative effect on your relationships and your quality of life. If you are a victim of this pain and are not being helped by mainstream medicine, you should try a multidisciplinary approach with nutrition, allergy testing, emotional support and much more. You should also try investigating quality all-natural supplements that can safely help you reclaim your life.
