Sleep and a regular workout routine may facilitate natural beautyThe key to looking younger and experiencing less facial breakouts is apparently a good night’s sleep and getting up a little earlier for a 30-minute workout.

News of this well-stated, yet possibly rarely followed, advice comes after reports of an emerging business in beauty drinks, a business projected to be a $1.3 billion industry by 2012, The Seattle Post-Intelligencer reports.

Seattle nutritionist Angela Pifer told the news provider people should pay closer attention to their digestive health.

The nutritionist said people interested in improving their digestive health should temporarily eliminate wheat and dairy to cleanse their bodies of inflammation, according to the article. She also urges people to eat more fruits, vegetables and "other plant foods."
And as for beauty, a good night’s sleep coupled with a regular routine of exercise may be all people need to look younger.

"It’s amazing the difference you can make in your appearance with a half-hour workout in the morning. Your eyes will be less puffy and your skin will have much more of a glow," said Pifer.

Those who have trouble sleeping may want to try natural supplements such as melatonin to assist in their beauty routine.ADNFCR-2035-ID-18942373-ADNFCR
