Spinach & Fruit Salad

1 bunch fresh spinach
½ apple, diced
2 kiwi, sliced
½ red onion, sliced thin
½ cup raw almonds
½ cup raisins
Wash the spinach thoroughly and pat dry. Tear into large pieces. Toss the spinach with all other ingredients. Serve with honey mustard dressing or orange vinaigrette.
Orange Vinaigrette
½ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
4 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp vinegar
½ Tbsp honey (optional)
Mix ingredients together and stir well.
