Dr. Cutler’s Whole Food Recipes

1-3 filets of halibut
(fresh or frozen)
2 Tbsp lemon pepper
Dash of Celtic sea salt
Lemon juice from one fresh squeezed lemon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place filets on aluminum foil sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Poke holes in the fish with a fork before sprinkling with lemon pepper, salt and lemon juice. Place cookie sheet with aluminum foiled fish in preheated oven. Bake for 10 to 20 minutes (depending on the size of the filets). Garnish with parsley. Serve with brown/wild rice combo and steamed veggies on the side.
