Chili Tomato Soup
5 tomatoes
1 carrot
1 red hot chili pepper slice
1 garlic clove
1 basil bunch
¼ cup water
2 dates, fresh and juicy
2 avocados
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Add all of your ingredients in your blender and blend them until they are thick and creamy. Then pour the soup into a shallow Pyrex dish and place it in your oven for about 45 minutes, or place it on top of the stove on low to medium heat for approximately 30 minutes until it’s nice and warm.
