Strawberry Smoothie

Strawberry Smoothie
3/4 cup ice
3/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/8 tsp stevia (or to taste)
½ cup water (or more if needed)
Place the ice, strawberries, stevia and water in a high-powered blender. Blend the ingredients well until the mixture is of a smooth and slushy consistency. If you prefer, you can even add some of your vitamins and supplements to the mixture, whether in pill or powder form. Just be sure to blend it well. And now it’s time to sample your tasty and nutritious breakfast treat… while there is still some left to drink!
