Uncooked Jicama Fries

Uncooked Jicama Fries
1 jicama
1 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp garlic
¼ tsp cayenne
Peel and chop 1 jicama into long horizontal pieces resembling French fries. Now in a large bowl, mix together the jicama slices, olive oil, sea salt, garlic and cayenne with your hands. Serve your delicious fries cold with black pepper on top. Yum!
